Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) would like to advise members of the public, especially travellers along Uciwai Road and Nabila Road that the Uciwai Timber Bridge in Nadi is inaccessible and closed due damage sustained from recent extensive flooding.
FRA Contractor is scheduled to undertake repairs from today – Monday 7 February 2022 weather permitting. Road closure advisory and detour signs have been installed to guide the public in addition to the traffic controllers.
Public is advised to use detour route to access areas beyond the damaged bridge and to plan their travel accordingly. For more information, please call us on our toll free number 5720.
