Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) would like to advise members of the public, especially travelers along Etatoko Road, Ba, that the Etatoko Timber Bridge will be temporarily closed for emergency repairs from 8 am, Friday 27th August to 6pm, Saturday 28th August 2021.
This is an emergency closure which will allow FRA contractors to carry out urgent bridge deck repair works. During this time access will be maintained through the alternative route around the bridge.
Bridge closure advisory signs will be posted in advance of the closed site and motorists are requested to plan their travel accordingly.
