The Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) wishes to advise members of the public that Kalabu bridge located along the Kalabu road, off Kings Road will undergo a full-deck replacement and repair this weekend.
Bridge Closure will be in place from Saturday 6 September 8:00am to Sunday, 7 September 8:00pm 2025.
Road closure advisory signs will be posted in advance of the closure period to direct motorists on detour routes. Pedestrian access will also be provided during the closure period.
Traffic management personnel will be on both ends of the bridge to assist any members of the public.
The alternative route available is marked in locality map below. Motorists are requested to plan their travel accordingly.
