The Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) wishes to advise members of the public that sections of road within Lautoka City Central Business District area will be either closed or undergo traffic flow changes temporarily to carry out planned pavement rehabilitation of the Lautoka Bus Stand commencing Monday, 19th May 2025.
Temporary Road Closures and Traffic Flow Changes will be in place from 5:00am Monday 19th May to 5:00am Monday 8th December, 2025.
The road closure and traffic flow changes will be as follows:
– Veve Street – from Namoli Avenue to Yawasa Street, reverse in traffic flow – traffic may enter from Namoli Avenue only.
– Yasawa Street – from Veve Street to Tukani Street, one-way two-lane traffic only, exiting onto Tukani Street.
– Tukani Street – no entry onto Yasawa Street.
The travelling public and stakeholders are kindly advised to be courteous and obey all traffic signage and directions.
