The Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) wishes to inform the public, particularly residents along Nabukelevu Road, Serua, as well as those in Nabukelevu Village and at Nabukelevu Primary School, about an impending road closure. This closure will facilitate urgent restoration work on the Lomaloma Bridge at Nabukelevu Road.
Closure Schedule:
Dates: March 29th (Saturday) from 7:00 PM to March 30th (Sunday) 5:00 AM
Dates: March 30th (Sunday) from 7:00 PM to March 31st (Monday) 5:00 AM
During these hours, the affected section of Nabukelevu Road will be fully closed. Emergency transport will be available at both ends of the closure for urgent public cases.
Please note that public transportation services, including village transport, will not operate along this route during the closure. Services will resume up to the segments of the road that remain unaffected by the roadworks.
We encourage all travellers to plan accordingly and account for this closure in their travel arrangements.
