
Fiji Roads Authority Calls for Public Cooperation Amidst Street Light Damage and Cable Theft

September 13, 2024The Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) wishes to advise members of the public that traffic on Queens Road, Harbor Point in Lami will be managed under a stop/go arrangement to facilitate essential drainage works. This will take place from 9pm to 4am from Friday, 6th September to Sunday, 8th September.
The work involves the installation of a storm water chamber on the carriageway, followed by the laying of 600 mm culverts from the chamber to the drain on the Suva-bound side of the road.
Motorists are advised to strictly adhere to the signs and follow the directions of traffic controllers to ensure the safety of all road users and workers. Please account for this when planning your travels.
