FRA ASSISTS FIJI POLICE WITH 58 TRAFFIC POLICE SIGNS TO IMPROVE ROAD SAFETY

12T RESTRICTION ON NAVALA CROSSING IN BA, MAINTENANCE TO BEGIN

Members of the public are advised that traffic will be managed under stop / go arrangement on the Koronubu Bridge in Ba from 8am to 7pm on the 13th and 14th December to cater for emergency maintenance works.
These works are required to improve the serviceability of the bridge. Maintenance works includes the replacement of damaged runners, decking timber.
Our contractor will require partial closures, at controlled intervals of 15-30mins due to lack of lateral safety zones.
FRA is requesting motorists to strictly adhere to the signs placed and follow the directions of the traffic controllers to ensure the safety of other motorists and workmen alike.
