Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) is advising motorists traveling on the rural Queens Road between Navua and Namelimeli to expect delays.
FRA General Manager Central Division Aram Goes says major road reconstruction is underway to improve the 3.4km length of the Queens Road that had deteriorated significantly in recent months.
Works are planned to continue from today through to all day Saturday (24 November) 6am to 7pm and again from Monday 26 November through to Friday 30 November.
The FRA regrets any inconvenience and advises motorists to allow additional journey time in their travel plans as necessary.
