Queens Road between Lomawai Road and Uciwai Road which is 13.4 km from Nadi Town (Temple Roundabout) which was reduced to single lane due to a sink hole is now open to two lanes.
Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Moore says,“our contractor, Higgins is completing the replacement of the failed half of the culvert crossing under the road before the weekend. Following that, the headwalls will be rebuilt and site cleared before Monday.”
Mr. Moore has thanked the road users for their patience and understanding as FRA continues to improve the road infrastructure.
