ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE
SUVA ARTERIAL ROAD UPGRADE PROJECT (SARUP 01)
As part of Suva Arterial Road Upgrade Project (SARUP 01), two major roundabouts; Nabua/ Mead Road Roundabout and Grantham/ Gaji Road Roundabout will be upgraded to concrete. The permanent pavement work is scheduled as follows:
NABUA ROUNDABOUT – CLOSURE OF MEAD ROAD FROM ROUND ABOUT TO ONEATA STREET
Public are advised to take heed of the ROAD CLOSURE of Mead Road from Nabua Roundabout up to Oneata Street from Thursday, 16th November to Friday, 15th December 2017. Motorist are advised to use Nabua Road and Sukunaivalu Road as detour options to access onto Mead Road and to Ratu Mara Road. (Refer below to Map 1)
GRANTHAM ROUNDABOUT – CLOSURE OF KARSANJI ROAD FROM GRANTHAM ROUNDABOUT
Public are advised to take heed of the ROAD CLOSURE of Karsanji Road from Grantham Roundabout end from Saturday, 18th November to Friday, 15th December 2017. Motorist are advised to use Namena Road and Fletcher Road as detour options to access onto Grantham Road and Ratu Mara Road. (Refer below to Map 2)
Our contractor China Railway Fifth Group will work to keep disruptions to a minimum and we ask the public for their patience during these important works.
