The Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) would like to advise members of the public that scheduled pavement works on Princes Road are set to commence from 9 a.m. today, 14th November 2024, weather dependent.
The works will be carried out from 14th to 30th November daily during off-peak hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The works will extend from Princes Road FNU junction to the American Embassy. To minimize disruption to motorists, 1 active lane will be open at all times.
Further to this Suva-bound lane in Princes Rd is diverted to Bureta Street, going through Lovoni and exiting back onto Princes via Votua.
FRA is requesting motorists to strictly adhere to the signs placed and follow the directions of the traffic controllers to ensure the safety of other motorists and workers alike.
All works are expected to conclude by 30th November, 2024, weather dependent.
