To provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources and Training Department in delivering efficient and effective services. The position supports the implementation of HR policies and programs, ensuring smooth coordination of HR functions across the employee life cycle.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or similar discipline;
- At least 2 years relevant experience.
- Experience with HRMIS. PayGlobal knowledge is desirable.
- Proficiency with MS-Office Suite in particular MS-Word and MS-Excel;
- Fair knowledge of relevant Fijian Employment Legislations, Regulations and familiarity with HR best practices.
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills;
- Valid driving license.
