LOMALOMA JETTY CLOSED TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC AND BERTHING OF COMMERCIAL BOATS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) wishes to advise members of the public, especially travellers along Navutu Road in Lautoka, that the Navutu Bridge will be closed temporarily to carry out resurfacing works starting from 8pm Friday, 16 July till 4am on Monday, 19 July, 2021.
This is a planned closure that will allow our contractors to carry out resurfacing of the bridge deck and approaches. During this time access will be prohibited and detour routes will be available via Queens Road and New Nadovu Road.
Road closure advisory signs will be posted in advance of the closure and traffic controllers will be available to direct motorists on the detour routes. Motorists are requested to plan their travel accordingly.
