PAVEMENT WORKS FOR REWA STREET

The Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) would like to advise members of the public, especially those living along the route of Naitonitoni Road, Waiyanitu Road, and close vicinity to Navua Town, that there will be culvert restoration work taking place at Naitonitoni Road next week, Sunday, 24th November 2024.
As a consequence, the above-mentioned section of the road will be closed from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. During this period, public transportation should be able to continue services via Navua Town. Temporary site traffic management will be placed with traffic controllers guiding motorists along the alternative routes mapped out below;
- Alternative Route 1 to Navua Town: Detour signs will be placed at the junction of Tokotoko Road, then via Tokotoko Back Road that leads to Navua Town.
- Alternative Route 2 to Waiyanitu Road: The detour route will go through Calia Road that leads to Waiyanitu Road.
Members of the public traveling along this area should take this notice into account when finalizing travel plans.
