TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF NARARA CROSSING NO 2, RAKIRAKI

NEW VESIDRUA BRIDGE COMPLETE AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, OPEN TO TRAFFIC

Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) would like to advise members of the public, especially travellers along Togo Lavusa Road that the Togo (Lavusa) Timber Bridge in Nadi will be temporarily closed for repairs from 10pm Saturday 21st November to 5am Monday 23rd November 2020.
This is a planned closure that will allow the FRA contractors to carry out periodic maintenance on the bridge. During this time access will be prohibited and detour routes will be available via Masi Road and Togo Masi Feeder Road.
Road closure advisory signs will be posted in advance of the closure period and traffic controllers will be available to direct motorists on the detour routes. Motorists are requested to plan their travel accordingly.
