Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) would like to advise the public that Wainibau Timber Bridge on Baulevu Road will be closed tonight- Monday, 16th October from 9pm to 5am Tuesday, 17th October to allow for urgent repair works.
Works include repairs of the running planks and nailing strips. For the safety of the public, there will be no access to pedestrians and vehicles during this time. We will have standby vehicles on both sides strictly for emergency events only.
Travellers along this area are advised to take this notice into account when finalising travel plans. For further queries please call FRA on 5720.
