TEMPORARY WAINAWI BRIDGE CLOSURE TO ALLOW FOR SEALING WORKS ON THE BRIDGE DECK

Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) would like to advise members of the public that the Wainawi Bridge, Kasavu will be closed from 8pm Sunday, 26th November to 6am Monday 27th November 2023 to allow for construction works.
The bridge closure is to allow for the Sealing works on the bridge deck. During this time, motorists are advised to use Vuci – Bautikina Road as an alternate route. For safety reasons, pedestrian access on the bridge will be limited during construction works.
Road closure advisory signs have been posted in advance of the closure period and motorists are requested to plan their travel accordingly. For further queries please call FRA on 5720.
