BEQA ROAD CULVERT REPLACEMENT WORKS PLANNED FOR SUNDAY

Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) would like to advise members of the public, especially those living in Tubarua village, Upper Serua villagers (Naimasimasi Viilage,Waibogi ,Wainadiro and Naqesa Settlement, Nuku Secondary School) that there will be culvert Replacement works taking place on Beqa Road this weekend, Sunday 7th April 2024.

As a consequence, the road will be closed from 9 am to 1 pm.

During this period, public transportation services, including bus services will cease operations along this route. However, they will be allowed to continue their services up to the section of the road that is unaffected by the roadwork.

We kindly advise those affected to please make necessary arrangements for alternative transportation from the village to the section of the road where the road workers will be present to guide them.

Members of the public traveling along this area should take this notice into account when finalizing travel plans.
