IMPROPER WASTE DISPOSAL LEADS TO BLOCKED DRAINS AND FLOODED ROADS

The Fiji Roads Authority wishes to inform the public of the partial road closure of the ends of the Rewa Bridge, Nausori, for upgrade works. The closure will be enforced daily from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
The work is planned to commence today, 6th November 2025, and will continue for a period of 7 days with an estimated completion date on Thursday, 13th November 2025.
There will be no full stoppage of traffic, and motorists are strictly advised to adhere to the posted signage and follow instructions from traffic controllers to ensure the safety of all road users and workmen.
Please note that these works are weather dependent. In case of adverse weather, the works may be postponed and rescheduled.
