The Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) wishes to advise the public of the temporary closure of the Waideula Bridge on Wainivesi Road (off Kings Road) from 7:00pm to 5:00am, starting Saturday, 28th June to Sunday, 30th June.
The planned closure is for replacement works of the deteriorating timber deck.
Since there is no other alternative route to divert traffic during the closure period, there will be a stand-by vehicle stationed at the site should there be any unplanned emergency for the residents on the evening of the planned works.
