Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) is concerned with the repeated acts of vandalism directed at Contractors Plants.<\/p>\n

This follows after Higgins (Fiji) Subcontractor A. Kumar Bulldozing plants was severely vandalized on Nakorotubu Road, between Namarari and Saioko Village in Rakiraki last week.<\/p>\n

The fuel was also siphoned off from one of the plants. The matter has been reported to the Namarai Police Post<\/p>\n

This is the third case for the Western Division and the second case for the same area within months. These acts of vandalism will not be tolerated and we will work with the police to pursue offenders.<\/p>\n

Higgins and its subcontractor was tasked to undertake urgent works along the road that was expected to be completed within 2 weeks\u2019 time. These works will now be severely delayed due to the acts of vandalism.<\/p>\n

FRA is urging anyone with information regarding this incident or the suspect is asked to contact the Police.<\/p>\n
