{"id":6699,"date":"2022-10-24T00:34:55","date_gmt":"2022-10-24T00:34:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fijiroads.org\/?p=6699"},"modified":"2024-04-16T00:41:51","modified_gmt":"2024-04-16T00:41:51","slug":"6699","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fijiroads.org\/index.php\/2022\/10\/24\/6699\/","title":{"rendered":"Gatward Bridge Works Planned For Friday,Please Plan Ahead"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) would like to advise members of the public and residents of Deep-water Road living past the Gatward Bridge in Korovou that bridge beam replacement works is scheduled to be carried out from 9am to 5pm on Friday 28th October 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The replacement works will take approximately 8hours to complete as it involves the removal of the deteriorated timber members, installation of the new beam and timber bridge deck members.<\/p>\n<p>For the safety of the public, there will be no access to pedestrians and vehicles during this time.<\/p>\n<p>Travelers along this area are advised to take this notice into account when finalising travel plans. We will have standby vehicles on both sides strictly for emergency events only.
