Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) would like to advise members of the public that maintenance works are scheduled on the two bridges – Wainaloka Bridge 1 and 2 in Ovalau from next week Monday.<\/p>\n

Works are scheduled from 8pm to 3am daily from next week Monday (11.11.19) and will complete by Thursday (14.11.19), weather permitting. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

During this time, access will be prohibited across the bridges and there will be no detours posted.<\/p>\n

Bridge closure advisory signs have been posted in advance of the closure period and motorists are requested to plan their travel accordingly. We will have standby vehicles available on both sides of the bridge to cater for emergency events.<\/p>\n

Travelers along this area are advised to take this notice into account when finalising travel plans. We apologise for any inconvenience. For further queries please call the FRA on 5720. <\/strong><\/p>\n
