Planned maintenance work on Wainibau on Baulevu Road in Nausori is scheduled from 8pm, Thursday 29th<\/sup> November to 6am, Friday 30th<\/sup> November. <\/strong><\/p>\n

During this time, access will be prohibited across the bridge and there will be no detours posted.<\/p>\n

Bridge closure advisory signs have been posted in advance of the closure period and motorists are requested to plan their travel accordingly. We will have standby vehicles available on both sides of the bridge to cater for emergency events.<\/p>\n

The FRA wishes to complete these urgent repairs as quickly and safely as possible.<\/p>\n

Works will include removal and replacement of damaged nailing strip, transverse planks and removal and replacement of damaged running boards<\/p>\n
