Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) is pleased to advise members of the public the Gaji \/ Grantham Roundabout is open to traffic after major roadworks.<\/p>\n

Works included upgrading the existing asphalt concrete road into a concrete surface roundabout, installation of safety island and the construction of roundabout kerb.<\/p>\n

There are still some minor works that are yet to be completed, however this will not affect traffic flow. These remaining minor works at the Gaji \/ Grantham Roundabout will be completed in the next few weeks.<\/p>\n

These major road upgrading works will improve the quality of ride for traveling public and also contribute to more reliable journey times following the full completion of the Suva Arterial Road Upgrade Project (SARUP 01).\u00a0 This first stage of the SARUP works is due for completion in June this year.<\/p>\n
