3rd September, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) advises members of the public of the temporary closure of the Qelemumu Crossing along Coqeloa Road to facilitate essential maintenance works.<\/p>\n

The bridge will be closed from 8:00 am to 5:00pm<\/strong>, commencing Friday, 4 September 2026<\/strong>, until Sunday, 13 September 2026<\/strong> weather permitting.<\/p>\n

During the maintenance works, the crossing will be closed to traffic to allow for the safe movement and operation of construction machinery and work crew.<\/p>\n

Motorists are advised to use the designated detour routes and follow all temporary traffic signs and instructions from traffic controllers present at the work site.<\/p>\n

FRA appreciates the patience and cooperation of the public while these essential maintenance works are being carried out.<\/p>\n
