Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) Chief Executive Officer John Hutchinson has confirmed that multiple roads in the Central and Western Division are now closed and impassable.<\/p>\n

\u201cSome roads and low-lying areas continue to be in danger of flooding as rainfall continues in most parts of the country and the FRA is closely monitoring the situation for all divisions.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr Hutchinson is advising members of the public to be extremely careful and do not drive into water of unknown depth and current.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, all roads in the Northern and Eastern Division remain open.<\/p>\n

Members of the public can contact FRA on 5720 if they have queries regarding the affected roads and crossings.<\/p>\n
