{"id":11838,"date":"2025-05-07T23:42:58","date_gmt":"2025-05-07T23:42:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fijiroads.org\/?p=11838"},"modified":"2025-05-07T23:42:58","modified_gmt":"2025-05-07T23:42:58","slug":"lavusa-bridge-nadi-scheduled-temporary-closure","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fijiroads.org\/index.php\/2025\/05\/07\/lavusa-bridge-nadi-scheduled-temporary-closure\/","title":{"rendered":"LAVUSA BRIDGE NADI \u2013 SCHEDULED TEMPORARY CLOSURE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">8th May, 2025<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">The Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) wishes to advise members of the public that Lavusa Bridge on Togo Lavusa Road in Nadi will be temporarily closed to carry out emergency repair and improvement works due to accelerated deterioration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bridge closure will be in place from 10:00pm Friday, 16th May, to 6:00am Monday, 19th May, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Road closure advisory signs will be posted in advance of the closure period to direct motorists on detour routes. Traffic management personnel will be on both ends of the bridge to assist any members of the public.<\/p>\n<p>The alternative route available is marked in the locality map.
