FRA-25\/26-56 &#8211; ICT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR [READVERTISED] LOCATION: CENTRAL (HEAD OFFICE &#8211; SUVA)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-pm-slice=\"0 0 []\">The ICT Systems Administrator is responsible for the effective planning, deployment, administration, and support of FRA\u2019s ICT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing systems across on-premises and cloud environments.<\/p>\n<p>The role includes managing virtualization platforms, data center operations, storage, backups\/DR, data lifecycle management, and system integration. It also provides advanced technical support, contributes to solution design, enhances automation, and supports modern technologies including SharePoint, AI\/automation, and DLP to enable efficient business operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROLE REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Vendor certifications (e.g., VMware, Microsoft 0365, AWS, CompTIA Server).<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in enterprise ICT roles.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with VMware\/virtualization, servers, and SAN storage systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with data backup solutions (Veeam, Rubrik), DR planning, and testing.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated skills in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of cybersecurity controls and endpoint hardening.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with data centre operations and monitoring tools.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability.<\/li>\n<li>Technical documentation ability.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Valid Group 2 Driver\u2019s License; ability to travel locally\/internationally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description Link: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fijiroads.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/JD-ICT-Systems-Administrator.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ICT Systems Administrator<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are excited about joining our multicultural and diverse team, you must complete FRA\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fijiroads.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/FRA-Vacancy-Application-Form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><u>VACANCY APPLICATION FORM<\/u><\/strong><\/a> attached with a detailed CV and <strong><u>email<\/u><\/strong> your details to <a href=\"mailto:recruitment@fijiroads.org\"><strong>recruitment@fijiroads.org<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Applications should reach FRA no later than <strong>Sunday,<\/strong> <strong>30th August, 2026.
