Applicants must have Fijian nationality.<\/p>\n<p data-id=\"EDTOMZ\"><strong>Role Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-id=\"JiJU5e\">Must be a member of the Fiji Institute of Chartered Accountants, CPA Australia or similar recognized Professional Organization.<\/li>\n<li data-id=\"790fOw\">Preferably 6 years\u2019 experience in managing finance for similar projects or in managing finance for Government\u2019s donor funded projects.<\/li>\n<li data-id=\"K8VJnf\">Management skills and experience, including line management, management of other resources, evidence of capacity to support others.<\/li>\n<li data-id=\"tlJ7Hj\">Solid communication, interpersonal, negotiation and relation management skills and experience.<\/li>\n<li data-id=\"n6Froc\">Proven ability to work effectively and sensibly in government sector and its development partners environments.<\/li>\n<li data-id=\"gm1glI\">Excellent command of written and oral English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-id=\"Og8hag\">The full Terms of Reference and the Expression of Interest (EOI) are available through the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Consultant Management System (CMS).
