The Programme Manager – Suva will be accountable to FRA and the Project Steering Committee for the performance of the projects, providing project implementation advice, ensuring high quality project reports in accordance with ADB Procurement Guidelines, FRA guidelines on use of consultants as well as Government guidelines and procedures.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all technical criteria during project implementation including annual selection of subprojects, reviews, review of subproject screening, feasibility studies, detailed design, terms of reference for services and technical specifications for works, cost estimates and construction supervision and administration.
He/She will manage the timeliness and quality of outputs of engineering consultants, civil works contractors as well as design and build contractors.
