HIGHWAY DESIGN ENGINEER (RE-ADVERTISED) GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER
The role is responsible for preparation and supervision of civil engineering design and investigations across a broad range of civil infrastructure projects.

 

To be successful, you must have: –

·         Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline;

·         Minimum 8 – 10 years experience with Civil and design road works;

·         Excellent written and verbal communications skills;

·         Valid Group 2 Driver’s licence (preferred manual).

The purpose of this role is to co-ordinate the investigations design and construction supervision of the foundations for bridges, jetties, crossing including analysing the stability of slopes and designing remedial measures.

 

To be successful, you must have: –

·         Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology and/ or similar discipline;

·         Minimum 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering;

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

·         Valid Group 2 Driver’s licence (preferred manual).

SURVEYORS – (CENTRAL / NORTH) POLICY OFFICER – (RE-ADVERTISED)
The purpose of the role is to coordinate and undertake cadastral/property, engineering, topographic and other surveys as well as assisting the Senior Surveyor.

 

To be successful, you must have: –

·         Bachelor Degree in Surveying or similar discipline;

·         Minimum 6 – 10 years experience of which 3 years has been spent in a supervisory role;

·         Experience in using total stations and GPS units and AutoCAD would be preferred;

·         Valid Group 2 Driver’s license (preferred manual).

·         Diploma in Public Policy and Administration;

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role;

·         Knowledge and understanding of the road network, codes and standards are essential;

ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYORS CIVIL WORKS INSPECTOR – CENTRAL (RE-ADVERTISED)
The primary purpose of the role is to optimise projects expenditure by adding value to the construction process by proactive involvement in procurement, cost management and reporting.

 

To be successful, you must have: –

·         Diploma qualification in quantity surveying or similar discipline;

·         Minimum of 1 years experience;

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

·         Valid Group 2 Driver’s license (preferred manual).

The purpose of the role is to assist the Programme Manager – Electrical with the inspection, reporting, monitoring and liaising with contractors with all civil works related to streetlights maintenance and projects.

·         Minimum 8 – 10 years relevant industry experience;

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

·         Valid Group 2 Driver’s license (preferred manual).

·         Civil Engineering (Quality Assurance/ Quality Control – QA/QC) – Various Location

·         OHS – Central

·         Surveyors – Northern/ Central/ Western
