UTILITY & CORRIDOR ACCESS ADMINISTRATOR MANAGER HIGHWAY DESIGN
The purpose of this role is to ensure that the requests made by customers and utility owners for access to the FRA’s Road Reserve (i.e. the road corridor) is managed and processed in accordance with the Code of Practice for Utility Access to the Road Reserve and ensure the FRA’s Corridor Access Request (CAR) systems are in place to support the delivery of an affordable, integrated, safe, responsive and sustainable transport network.

 

To be successful, you must have:-

·        Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

·         Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in roading related activities

·         Group 2 Driving license

Job Description: Utility Corridor Access Administrator_2018

This position is responsible for the delivery of investigations and designs across a broad range of FRA civil infrastructure projects.

 

To be successful, you must have:-

·         Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering

·         10 years (minimum) demonstrated experience in civil engineering design and/or construction with a strong emphasis in the design of civil infrastructure.

·         Valid Group 2 driver’s license (preference manual).

 

Job Description: Highway Design Manager

DESIGN & COMPLIANCE ENGINEER ATTACHES
The Design and Compliance Engineer (DCE) is involved primarily in the project delivery and handover phases to ensure that health and safety together with quality policies of the Government of Fiji, the FRA and its funding partners are fully complied with. The DCE undertakes technical audits of FRA project sites to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with all contract specifications, drawings and requirements. The DCE adds value to the construction process by proactive involvement in construction management to provide quality assurance operating strictly to anti-corruption standards. The DCE reports all findings to the Works Technical Audit Manager and senior FRA management

 

To be Successful, you must have:-

·         Degree in Civil Engineering.

·         Master’s Degree in civil engineering or related field desirable.

·         11 – 15 years’ work experience in a related field

·         Valid Group 2 Driving license
