  • Diploma in Office Administration and / or Management or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience in the provision of high level confidential executive and administrative support to a senior executive;
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to research issues, explore options, develop and document appropriate solutions;
  • Report writing ability;
  • Ability to meet stringent timelines.
